1. What is GeoWild Designs?
GeoWild Designs creates nature-inspired artwork featuring wildlife, pets, and original designs available on a range of products including apparel, wall art, accessories, stickers, and gifts.
2. Where are your products made?
Our products are made to order by trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partners including Printful and/or Gelato.
3. Why are products made to order?
Making products to order helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider range of designs and products without holding large amounts of stock.
4. How long will my order take?
Most orders are produced within 1–5 business days.
Delivery times vary by location, but UK customers typically receive orders within 2–7 business days after production.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Many of our products can be shipped worldwide. Shipping options and costs are shown during checkout.
6. Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue. We will work with our fulfilment partners to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.
9. Do colours look exactly the same as shown online?
We do our best to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.
10. How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the sizing guide provided on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, many customers prefer to size up for a more relaxed fit.
11. Do you offer custom pet portraits?
We may offer custom pet portrait commissions from time to time. Please contact us for current availability and pricing.
12. Are your designs original?
Yes. GeoWild Designs focuses on original wildlife, pet, and nature-inspired artwork created specifically for the brand.
13. Do you use AI in your artwork?
AI is used as one of many creative tools within the design process. Each artwork is guided, edited, refined, and curated by GeoWild Designs to create original finished pieces inspired by wildlife, pets, and nature.
14. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
