GeoWild Designs Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Overview
At GeoWild Designs, all products are made to order through our fulfilment partners. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An item with a printing error
• The wrong product
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue
3. Replacements and Refunds
Where a claim is approved, we may:
• Replace the item at no additional cost
• Issue a full refund
• Issue a partial refund where appropriate
The chosen remedy will depend on the nature of the issue.
4. Change of Mind
As products are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong colour
• Change of mind
• Buyer preference after delivery
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is being custom made.
6. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost during transit, please contact us.
We will investigate with the courier and fulfilment provider before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Return Shipping
If a return is authorised due to a defect, damage, or fulfilment error, return shipping costs may be covered by GeoWild Designs or our fulfilment partner.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
